Everything was at a very high level—service, food, and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s high standard comes from the manager’s professionalism.

The food selection was wide but it was mostly the same each day, still not a problem; the desserts were great. The pool was clean, the entertainment team was good, the room was tidy, and they had left balloons for my daughter which she loved. Cəmalə Hanım from Guest Relations was very involved and helpful. We liked the Turkish A La Carte restaurant, but I can’t say the same about the Italian A La Carte; the staff were also very good. The beach is right on the sea, no long line for sunbeds, we always found an empty one. It’s a totally kid‑friendly hotel, my daughter was thrilled. Gümüşlük, Yalıkavak, and Turgutreis are very close, the location is perfect. Evening activities were great and the value for the price was much better than expected. The food was very bland, almost every dish lacked salt. At 22:30 the male singers in the group were sloppy and sang poorly; the women’s voices were fine but the men didn’t highlight them. One male performer kept drinking and smoking continuously on stage, which was unpleasant.

We stayed at Yasmin Bodrum Resort and the transport service to and from the hotel was arranged smoothly. Check‑in was quick and everything went smoothly; we received all the necessary information. “Cemale Hanım,” head of guest relations, deserves a big thank you for being so helpful and kind, always smiling. She asked how my holiday was going, learned I was a bit ill, told me to contact her if needed, and checked on me. Thank you so much Cemale for making our stay and my birthday memorable! The hotel offered many events and activities, with plenty of food and drinks. They gave us a complimentary welcome set of cookies and macaroons, which I couldn’t even finish because it was an all‑inclusive hotel. They also sent me a birthday cake on my birthday – no candles, and honestly it wasn’t very tasty and was full of sugar.
