The location was within walking distance to the beach and on a cycle route to Rye, and being in the country felt refreshing; the healthy breakfast, relaxed vibe, and cheerful host were great—thanks, Karen. Having a car is a plus to reach the spot, and the home‑like feel means you might want to stay longer if that’s not your thing.

Everything was great: the location is walkable to the beach, the home is lovely, rooms are comfortable, and the host is excellent. Nothing to complain about.

Forget the Beautiful surroundings, forget the location, forget the property. All these are absolutely lovely, but the biggest positive was Karen the owner & host who is just the best host we've ever encountered on our travels. Warm, engaging, inspirational & a beautiful spirit. Will definately stay again.🫶😍. Going home

The owner was very friendly and helpful from booking through to the end of my stay; the location is great, the room is nice, breakfast is good, and they are dog‑friendly.
