The place was spotless and tidy, located on a quiet road but easy to spot, with parking right in front and a bus stop across the street offering a half‑hourly service to Gosport. The breakfast room, though small, had a solid selection of breads, pastries, yoghurts, fruits, tea, coffee and juices. The room and breakfast area felt cramped, which is fine for a brief stay but might become tiring over several days.
