The room was very quiet and came with thoughtful amenities, the pool felt spa‑like, and the restaurant food was excellent. After daylight hours the room got pretty dark; a floor lamp would have brightened the loft’s sleeping area.

The reception staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great with the legendary Eichsfelder Mettwurst, and the rooms are 1A. Check‑in was quick and everything was very modern, beautifully decorated, and the food was fantastic!

Urdålig incheckning, trots att de hade alla uppgifter från Booking insisterade den oengagerade och nonchalanta kvinnan i receptionen på att jag skulle fylla i uppgifterna på en dålig surfplatta. När vi bad om att få en stol till sa kvinnan att de inte kunde erbjuda det, varvid jag surnade till och frågade om hon inte tyckte det var rimligt att det finns två stolar för två gäster som checkar in, Vi träffade på en alltiallo kille som hörde diskussionen och löste problemet. När vi kom kom tillbaka på e.m. kl.1600 var det inte städat. När vi påpekade detta, sa samma nonchalanta kvinna att vi skulle tryckt på en röd knapp! Vi är vana att städning alltid ingår och om man inte vill ha städning, så hänger man ut info på dörrhandtaget
