“Not a Hotel - Scammy, Overpriced Lodge with Unprofessional Staff”
I booked this place after calling ahead specifically to confirm strong Wi‑Fi for work. They promised it was excellent. Complete lie. *Within 2 hours of check‑in*: power cut happened 8+ times. Wi‑Fi never restored. I missed an important client meeting because of this. Worse – the power fluctuations damaged my laptop. *Room conditions were disgusting:* – No toilet roll – No tissues – when I called reception they flat‑out said “we don’t provide this” – Dirty, stained bed linens – Used shampoo bottle left by previous guest – Uncleaned WC – Bucket with mug in bathroom – Filthy cabinets – Dirty windows with terrible view – Cockroaches in the room – Dark corridors with trip hazard everywhere. This is NOT a hotel. It’s an overpriced lodge with zero professionalism. The money you spend here gets you nothing but stress and damaged electronics. I checked out the same evening. Couldn't stay another minute with cockroaches running around. *Do NOT trust the other positive reviews* – they are not accurate. This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs.
