It pains me to give this hotel such a rating. While the hotel itself is good and beautiful, the staff's behavior is highly unprofessional—they only seem to care about money. I booked their largest and most expensive suite. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me that the suite didn't have a view and tried to pressure me into paying an extra fee for a smaller room (a studio) instead. Mi dispiace dover dare questa valutazione. L'hotel è bello e accogliente, ma il personale si comporta in modo poco professionale e pensa prima di tutto ai soldi. Ho prenotato la suite più grande e costosa della struttura. Al mio arrivo, l'impiegato mi ha detto che la suite non aveva la vista e che avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento per avere una camera più piccola (un monolocale)."

“Juts amazing and relaxing stay! Thank you, Zirm!”

The studio room was ideal and the kitchenette had everything you need; the room was spacious enough to fit a baby crib (which was basically a normal bed for a baby) and we were given a cute mouse toy from Zirm. The amenities were amazing, and during the stay you could use different towels, spa slippers, robes, and even a hiking backpack if you needed one. Breakfast was fantastic, the food was delicious and the fruit seemed specially selected. If you can, have dinner here – it’s absolutely delicious, all thanks to the chef and the staff. The spa was very relaxing, we loved the outdoor heated pool, and our baby enjoyed it too.

“Ein liebevoll geführtes Familienhotel, mit viel umgesetzten Potential.”

The staff were always friendly, the view was superb, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and satisfying. The breakfast terrace was also noteworthy, letting guests enjoy their meal overlooking the mountains and cows.

“Super area wellness e colazione. Un po caro”

The location, pool, and wellness area were great, and the breakfast was top‑class with a wide selection. The rooms were noisy, hearing neighbors’ conversations, and the price felt a bit high despite Booking offers.
