The location is good, but the agreements were not respected.

The hotel is pretty clean and I like the design, but the street‑side windows let in a lot of police sirens at night. The staff didn’t inform me about the gym, the bar’s opening hours, or the checkout time. In the lobby, a non‑guest from the street sat for a few hours and the staff didn’t intervene.

camere ampie, pulite e insonorizzate. ho amato le luci rosse in bagno e l'attenzione all'ambiente (ex: bottiglie d'acqua in plastica riciclata e possibilità di ho amato l'attenzione verso i dettagli e l'arte in tutta la struttura (ex: c'è un mini negozio accanto agli ascensori se si ha bisogno di qualcosa, nella stanza colazioni c'è una "secret room" in cui si possono prendere le caramelle e scattare foto super colorate, nella hall c'è un angolo con acqua e caramelle) colazione ottima (sia dolce che salata), ho adorato il camioncino dei waffles e dei pancakes staff gentile ed efficiente. non ho mai pranzato né cenato in hotel, quindi non so come sia la qualità del cibo e delle bevande
