The staff were exceptionally courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist, which I really appreciated. I wish the breakfast had a wider selection of breads, fruits, and cold cuts, though. In my room there was no three‑pin socket, only one in the bathroom.

The bath towels were in a terrible state—so old and awful that they needed to be replaced immediately. When I entered the room, a pair of underwear was left in the bathroom by the previous guest, and the housekeepers had not removed it beforehand; they should pay more attention to such details.

The flat’s location fit my needs perfectly. The only downside was how long it took to get the room unlocked.

The hotel itself was great, and the host was very polite and even checked me in early. The only confusion was that I mistook a separate apartment inside the hotel for part of the hotel itself.
