I booked a room online, but unfortunately, it was cancelled by the hotel just a day before my scheduled arrival, and they had already allocated it to someone else. I was really disappointed by the owner's attitude, as it seemed like they prioritized making a profit over providing a good service. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their communication and customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my room and the comfort of the mattress. We had opted out of air conditioning, but it wasn't a problem since the room was well-ventilated, and we had a fan to keep us cool. If you do want air conditioning, it's an option, but we found that the fan was sufficient for our needs.

One positive aspect of the hotel is its proximity to the bus stand, making it convenient for guests who plan to travel by bus. However, I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can only comment on this one aspect of the property.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the exceptional hospitality I received during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. However, I did notice a few minor issues with the room's amenities, but overall it was a great experience.
