Location- take a cab from the airport! Paid 10,000 KRW to replace lost key; no elevator; small step in bathroom— I tripped many times; small tears and stains in sheets

A great hotel with clean rooms, good price/quality, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but there is no lift.

Clean and new rooms, good staff, reasonable price, and a good location, but the breakfast is lacking and there is no elevator.
