1.这里的酒店员工超级好，不仅让我们提前去存放行李，还帮我们解决了没有谷歌账号不能下载酒店专用app的问题。 2.酒店有提供一次性拖鞋. 无

“Great for short stay”

I stayed one night because of a flight delay; the location is great, right next to the convention center and Bugis, with plenty of restaurants and a mall, and the MRT is close. The check‑in was easy and the lobby staff were helpful. The room was clean with the basics for a short stay, a bit small but fine for a brief visit. No negatives.

“Checking in without a human being was a huge hassle. Ruins the checking in experience.”

Every floor had lift access, the place was quiet, clean, and even though the rooms were small they were comfortable. The check‑in was a major hassle, needing to download their app which kept failing. Luckily the WA customer service stepped in, helped me register, and gave me room access without relying on the useless app.

The room feels really cozy and warm. The only downside is that I could hear noises coming from the room next to mine.
