A small, traditional hotel with a great restaurant offering local specialties and good German beers, plus a comfortable location and room. The only downside is the lack of a water dispenser or other purchase options, but the minibar makes up for it and the prices are more than reasonable.

The staff were helpful and fluent in English; we arrived late but they kept the restaurant staff ready to serve us food. The beds were clean and tidy, and a fridge in the room was handy. The room wasn’t huge, but it was practical and had everything needed.

The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and modernly equipped, making it ideal for a short stay. Because the hotel is in an industrial area at a crossroads, it was somewhat noisy at night. The reception is different from what one might expect; you have to ring the bell or call to get someone. The stairwell and corridors could use some color—they feel a bit worn.

Room 106 had a good queen‑size bed, ample bathroom, and a small kitchen. The only drawback was the limited luggage rack.
