Location, cleanliness and staff were great, yet someone had broken the water cup for the iron and nobody fixed it; I don't think the staff were at fault.

The rooms are very clean and comfy; all have been refurbished and remain very comfortable and clean.

The glass door/entry to the room is a problem, especially since every other room has a solid door. Blinds are available, but there are issues with visibility, light, and noise.
