The location is superb, just a short walk from Puerta del Sol, the bed is comfortable, the furnishings are new, the reception is always open and welcoming, and everything is clean, even the fridge and kettle; the only downside is that the room is tiny—our single was about 5 m²—and there’s a bit of hallway noise, so earplugs are recommended.

The hotel sits right in the center, the staff are friendly and they offer extra services at no cost, like the “plancha” rental. It’s not too noisy for the area, which is pretty good. The room itself is small and the floor is slanted, and there was only a tiny mirror in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic, just minutes on foot from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, practically close to everything, but the cleaning could be better, the rooms aren’t well insulated, the price was high for what we received, and the sink was very inconvenient to use.
