The staff were great (really helpful) and easy to contact via the booking app. The building was a bit shabby on the outside but inside was lovely with lots of nice touches. New work inside has made it very comfortable and the shared kitchen was good to use. We were hiking so the location was great: closer to the bus station and the national park.

The room was spotless, cozy, and had stylish furnishings. I didn’t use the shared kitchen downstairs, but it was handy. The staff were friendly and quick to respond via message, which was a big help since I’d forgotten that the hotel used self‑check‑in. I’d definitely book again! The only minor issue was that the pillow covers weren’t to my taste, even though the bed itself was comfortable.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and being in the city made it easy to dine out and stroll around the old town. The sunrise view was great, and the manager was kind and responsive. The only downside was that the bedroom felt a bit small.
