I was blown away by the stay—beautiful, spotless, and right beside the beach. The team was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond when I mentioned a proposal; they upgraded my room free of charge and decorated it with balloons and rose petals, making the day unforgettable. Everything else was flawless, no complaints at all.

The room’s design and location were great, but it felt like there was almost no staff present—only a single receptionist was available, and I had to wait for them to return to the desk. I got locked out when I left because the code-operated locks had dead batteries; the new room had the same problem, but the third room’s lock worked fine. It was a lot of hassle for a single night, even though I had planned to stay longer. I would prefer another place next time. The hotel offered no breakfast, gym, or pool, and overall the experience was very poor.
