The place is remarkable, and we probably enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Sardinia, but there are things, cans, and broken chairs around the pool, which is gorgeous yet not very clean, especially under the ladder.

The location is top, with a view over the sea and sunsets; the pool is clean, the room was tidy and equipped with a working air‑conditioner and fridge; the dinner was quite extensive and varied; there’s a covered parking spot for a motorcycle (note the last 300 m to the property are not paved); several beaches are reachable by a short drive (1.5 or 6 km). The whole estate feels somewhat poorly managed, the pool is nice but there are no decent loungers, chairs, or umbrellas, which is a pity.

The location isn’t top‑tier, but the sunsets are wonderful, and in 4 minutes by car you reach a beautiful beach at the former monastery where dinner is still offered, a rarity among agriturismos; the dinner was great and the rooms were clean, yet the property feels aged, no investment is being made, many things are broken, the courtyard is messy and cluttered, broken furniture by the pool, weeds, cut hedges lying around, cigarette butts everywhere—even in flower pots; the junior chef at breakfast was on his phone, you had to ask for everything, the butter was over‑melted, the trash pit looks like a landfill, which is a real shame for the estate.
