Most of the guest service is very satisfying, and everything else is as a hotel should be; hope to visit if you want to.
They were really welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast served was outstanding; it felt like I was in my house. The heat wave in Isb was a bother, but their rooms were air‑conditioned and that made the difference.
“Disappointing Experience”
Our stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. We were shocked to find out that there were no toiletries available, and when we asked for shampoo, we were brushed off with a flimsy excuse. To make matters worse, the app had promised breakfast, but it turned out to be a lie, with the staff claiming the cook wasn't available. The morning staff was also unfriendly and glued to their phones, rather than attending to their guests. Needless to say, we won't be back.

We had a wonderful stay; the guest house was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and cooperative, making us feel at home, and we would definitely recommend this place to others. There was nothing significant that we disliked, so overall it was a very pleasant experience.
The staff is very polite and active, and the owner himself is also very polite with a smiling face. Improvements are always needed everywhere, so I think overall our experience was wonderful.
