The room was spacious and comfortable, but the inn sits in an industrial district with poor connectivity. When the restaurant was closed—as it was during my night—there was no dinner option, forcing a 3 km walk into the city center, which felt exhausting after a stretch on the Westweg. The reception was cold, the lights at the desk weren't even turned on, and the Konus card was denied.

The building looks nice, the room was friendly, and breakfast was good. The dinner was pricey, tasted great, but the portion of venison loin was extremely small.

Nobody spoke English, we didn’t speak German, and when I had to sort out a checkout issue, communication was very difficult.
