The hotel was brand new, spotless and the rooms were very comfortable, but the staff was swamped and couldn't provide good service; the convention made everything feel rushed and not very accommodating.

The property was brand new and the rooms were comfortable, yet the staff was extremely busy and seemed almost short‑staffeed for the volume of guests.
