The TV was large, but the room itself was pretty ordinary. The king‑size pillows were tiny and soft, so I needed firmer ones to watch TV. The bathtub lacked a shower mat and was very slippery. The light over the coffee/tea station was too weak to see properly. I was surprised to find a safe on the floor; it’s a poor spot for a senior to reach. There were also only a few charging outlets for phones and watches.

I didn't realize breakfast was included. The only drawback was that the ice bucket still had a bag tied with water inside and there was no hand soap; the dispensers were empty, but otherwise everything surpassed my expectations.

I usually stay at Radisson or Best Western for quality without paying a high price. My last stay had stained sheets, no remote so no TV, and very low shower water pressure; I will never return to that hotel.

The location is good, just minutes from the airport, and the bed was comfortable with a spacious room. The traffic noise on Gregoire was annoying; next time we’ll request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
