I stayed at The One Hotel on Soi 13/1 and it was exactly what I needed – simple, clean, and right in the middle of everything. Stepping outside, I was straight into the Pattaya vibe: bars, massage shops, food stalls, and Beach Road just two minutes away. The location couldn’t be better if you want convenience. The room itself was basic but comfortable. The air‑con worked well, the bed was decent, and the place was cleaner than I expected for the price. Nothing fancy, but nothing dodgy either. It’s the kind of room where you can crash after a long day or night and feel fine about it. Staff were friendly and easy‑going, no hassle at check‑in, and housekeeping kept things tidy. It’s not a hotel with big facilities – no pool, no gym – but you don’t really need them when everything you want is right outside the door. Overall, it’s a great budget stay. If you want a quiet resort, this isn’t it. But if you want a clean room, a good price, and to be right in the heart of Pattaya, The One Hotel does the job perfectly.

The price was good. The air conditioner in my room was more like a fan and didn’t cool at all. Also, the rooms use key cards that shut off the electricity when removed from the slot, so you can’t keep the air conditioner on when you leave the room.

Great location! The hotel manager upgraded my room to a Queen room with balcony. It’s just a short walk to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. I would stay here again.

“Hotel situé à côté de la plage”

The hotel sits right next to the beach and the flat‑screen TV is excellent, but street noise is noticeable and the internet connection is very weak.
