The host’s communication was exceptionally smooth; a step‑by‑step video was made for the self‑check‑in, which was crucial since we arrived late at night. The price‑to‑value ratio was fine for a quick car trip. The shower wall could be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned.

The layout was convenient for departures to Vado Ligure. The bathroom was clean, the fenced outdoor area was welcoming, and there was private parking. Air conditioning was missing and the bedside tables weren’t well cleaned. For 120 euros per night I expected at least air conditioning, not just a floor fan.

Everything was very clean, and we had plenty of towels, toilet paper, and hygiene items. The host described everything in detail, so we found and opened the accommodation without trouble. The mini‑fridge offered free water and juice, which I liked. There is a parking spot. The only drawback is the location: it’s about a 20‑minute walk from the sea. Without a car it’s a bit annoying, but not a catastrophe.
