The hotel was in the ideal spot for ACE hospital. The room was comfortable enough, had good air conditioning, and was clean and presentable. No frills, just what I needed and great value.
“Best low budget accommodation encountered so far in the Philippines”
Best low‑budget accommodation I’ve found in the Philippines so far: real A/C (not the Filipino style), a large bathroom with good water pressure and hot water, toiletries, good towels, and a free water dispenser in the reception area. The staff were super helpful (front desk and security guard), the building was clean and modern, and the room matched the description (slightly narrow). Two convenience stores are across the street. The room felt a bit damp at first, probably because the previous guest used the A/C excessively; after airing it out, it was fine. A construction site (hotel extension?) was right next to the property, but there was no activity—probably due to the Easter holidays—except on the first day.
For its price range, this hotel‑pension‑guesthouse is excellent. Everything was available, no issues with towels, and if you stay longer you’ll get fresh sheets. Keep in mind it’s close to the hospital, and when there’s an electricity outage you’ll hear the emergency generator running loudly, usually at night.
“Super Unterkunft”
I had the single room, which was truly top‑class! I even extended my stay by two more nights. A 7‑Eleven is right next door, as are several restaurants. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel.
“Jederzeit wieder!”
I really enjoyed my time here! I booked the small single room, which was fine because I was out all day. Compared to other places where you want a private room instead of a hostel, this is the cheapest. The bathroom was bigger than usual and kept clean. The nearest 7‑Eleven is a 2‑minute walk. If you ask, you can rent a scooter.
