“Nice stay on the way to the Jura mountains”

When we arrived, the host gave us friendly, helpful tips about the area and even booked a table at a local restaurant for us. The room was spotless and the shower facilities were top‑class. Everything else was perfect – this was our second visit 😊

“Nette Zwischenübernachtung mit privatem Badezimmer über einen öffentlichen Flur”

The setting was peaceful, the mattress good, and the house itself was tastefully decorated. The rooms and bathrooms were of high standard, but having to use a “public” corridor to reach the private bathroom felt awkward, a detail not mentioned on the listing that would have changed our choice. Our dog could only enter the room through the outdoor terrace door, which was a bit cumbersome. Sunday breakfast was tidy, offering preserves, baguette, croissants, and yogurt. For four adults at the table there was no sausage, just eight small cheese sticks. Eggs weren’t cooked because they didn’t know if anyone wanted them, so the two men at the table had to ask for them. The hosts helped arrange a restaurant, which went smoothly. Despite repeated correspondence, I still don’t know who we stayed with that night, and no one ever signed with a name. Overall, it was a different experience than what I’m used to.
