The 24/7 reception area is huge, which was perfect for me as a solo traveller; I received a double bed and a reasonably sized bathroom. The breakfast was truly good, offering a full English selection for those who wanted hot food. A few aspects of the hotel feel a bit outdated, and there is only one bedside plug, which isn’t ideal for couples needing to charge both phones overnight.

The hotel can be used at any time, boasts a great location, very reasonable pricing, and a great breakfast. The rooms just need a bit of TLC.

The location is close to the Ferry Terminal, the staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, big, and comfortable, and the self‑serving buffet is delicious, providing great value.
