The location was excellent and generally quiet, the reception staff very helpful, and the value for money was good, but the decor was dull and could be easily improved; the breakfast trays were a good buy but led to a lot of wastage, so that might need attention.
Often things weren’t working—TV, Wi‑Fi—but overall everything was fine.

The location is wonderful, atmospheric in the Old Town yet only two minutes from the metro exit, the boulevard and the Philharmonic garden, with a 24‑hour shop just steps away. The roof has a shared terrace where you can constantly enjoy city views and the flaming towers. The room was very large—big enough to add one or two extra beds if desired— with a huge bathroom, shower and great water pressure. Breakfast was very hearty and there were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, which was handy. Small issues stood out: the sheets were too small for the beds and kept coming off, there was not a single hook or hanger by the door, and the bathroom lacked forced ventilation, so humidity stayed high and drying clothes was difficult, but all of these are solvable if you wish.
The location was convenient and the staff very helpful, though the toilet was not that clean.
