The hotel’s location is good, but the city’s travel prices are high.

The new hotel feels like an Eastern fairy tale, with comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts—thanks to the Erkin Palace team for the high level of service.

The hotel’s interiors are beautiful and the room is large and welcoming, but only one staff member spoke good English and wasn’t always around, so I couldn’t communicate with the others.

The hotel is in a great spot, just a few minutes’ walk from the main entrance of the old town. The room was spacious and functional with air‑conditioning, the Wi‑Fi worked well, breakfast was quite varied, and the staff were helpful.
