I stayed at the hotel 2 nights 8th Sept - The TV was not working. Technicians and the It person came 3 times to the room to try and fix the same. 9th Sept - I arrived at the hotel (post my meetings) at approx. 8.15pm-8.30pm but there was a power failure when i got there so waited in the lobby with all other hotel guests (who made their way downstairs to the lobby/reception). 60% of them seemed to be senior citizens, each of whom was inconvenienced by the power failure. Post my arrival, the electricity came back at about 8.50pm-9pm. A power failure - where lifts shut down and room are in darkness, is almost unheard off!!. The morning breakfast staff were very polite and warm

“Comfortable place close to the airport”

I stayed for one night because it was convenient for the airport the next day. The bed was super comfortable and the Wi‑Fi was good. It’s 10 minutes from the Elante shopping mall, but my window faced another building, so privacy was limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

“Good location and room cleaniness”

The spot is great, and the room was clean with solid amenities, but the night menu fell short and the room‑service crew could use more training.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even received a suite upgrade—nothing else to mention.
