The neighbors on the floor above were very loud all night, creating a lot of noise.
“Terrible”
The microwave never worked the whole time, even after I mentioned it to the staff. The A/C was faulty, and I never received any toiletries or towels at check‑in. Bugs were in the room, making the stay awful overall.
“Very bad customer service”
The front‑desk staff was rude, acting like they didn't care and were busy doing their nails and hair. I told them I would warn others not to stay here.
The location was convenient for shops, banks, and restaurants, but the rooms were too small and they wouldn’t let you change rooms unless you paid extra—they’re not really there for you.
The experience was great.
