Comfort, cleanliness, and easy access to urban transport near Amsterdam are all there. Outside, the highway and birds are noisy, but the sound insulation inside is very good so you don’t hear the outside noise.

The reception staff were kind, the accommodation bright and spacious, perfect for a group of 10, and close to Amsterdam. Two showers and a bathtub, plenty of towels and kitchen gear, two toilets, and garden furniture. The professional coffee machine is superb. A large TV screen and decent internet. The living room is well isolated from street noise, though the bedrooms aren’t as quiet. The price is relatively high.

The outdoor area was brilliant and well designed – three seating zones, sunbeds for relaxing, and the BBQ made evenings with friends a blast. A nearby supermarket made stocking up easy. Inside, the house was gorgeous – a big TV, great sound system, comfy sofas, and a roomy dining table suited a group. The games room was a fantastic addition – few places offer that, showing how much Leon has thought about this property. The showers were spotless and modern, adding to the premium feel. Everything was perfect, I couldn’t ask for more.
