“Buena estancia pero con sus reservas de seguridad.”

The location is very close to the metro and next to the Mayorca shopping center; on the lower floor of the hotel there’s a pharmacy that closes late and a small restaurant that gets you out of a bind. On the first day of check‑in we were given our room, but when we opened the door there was nothing inside—no beds and blankets were lying on the floor. The room was empty. We had to go back to reception to complain, and they asked for a photo to verify the claim, so I took one. Later, after a day of sightseeing, we returned to the room and were shocked to find that someone had entered without notice, removed the nightstand, and left our belongings on the floor. It wasn’t “housekeeping” because the room had already been cleaned earlier that day; I reported it to reception, but the staff were unaware of what happened. It’s very bad to leave your clothes and purchases unprotected like that.

The café is close to the metro and a shopping center, and there’s food and drinks downstairs. Something I should have handled better: I used to stay alone, but this time I came with more people and the room felt cramped. Still, the location near the metro, the downstairs food, and the excellent coffee machine were great. I liked the shower, and I think the issue was that some people don’t like small spaces, which was the case for one of my companions. Personally, I like the hotel.

“Buena”

The room was organized and clean, and the location is convenient for taking the road to Valle del Cauca. I suggest cleaning the sofa in the reception area, which was very dirty; that first impression when you arrive at the hotel made me think the room would be like that, but fortunately the room was clean.
