The spot and the vista were good. The staff spoke poor English and gave no directions or info on how to get there. The room was sealed shut, the air‑con was tiny, and the kitchen was filthy with no basic appliances or even a hand towel. Hot water was missing. We were not warned about the stairs, which had no handrail and felt unsafe. The cliff café disappointed with minuscule portions and bland food. After walking past the disgusting kitchen, I considered asking for compensation but decided against it, knowing the poorly spoken staff would not help.

Everything was amazing; I enjoyed every moment because it was so beautiful. The steps matched my expectations, and I didn’t think it was too pricey for Bali. It was exactly what I needed—a complete escape to feel close to the ocean.

The location was great, close to the water. However, there were many animals at the toilet, despite being warned after booking confirmation, and when we saw a lot of rats it was enough. The room and bathroom also smelled very bad.
