The staff were welcoming. The beds were uncomfortable, the path to the flat from the main road was very dangerous, a mosque is just outside your window, there is no stove or cooking facilities, only a microwave.

The place was quiet, the facilities were solid and the staff treated us well. Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing that bothered me. It was just a smooth, no‑complaint stay.

Right in the heart of town, the host met us with a big smile and gave us the lowdown on the neighborhood. The room was spotless, the bed comfy, and the bathroom huge with hot water on tap all the time. We loved hanging out on the veranda because the view was fantastic.

The area offered a real break from city noise—peaceful walks and plenty of tours under beautiful weather. The only hiccup was at Samodivski waterfall, where the sign wasn’t clear and we got a little turned around. Otherwise, a pleasant, relaxing stay.
