The welcome and the owner’s immense kindness were impressive. The facility itself was lacking.

I found the location handy, just a short walk from Transpolesana and the start of the A31, though it’s a bit of a hassle coming from the south. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, making it a quick stopover for the night.

I can’t say much positive; it’s a mix of squalor, poverty, misery, sadness, melancholy, desolation, abandonment, greyness and neglect. The room was clean but unbearably cold; the radiators didn’t work, so I had to run the heat pump air‑con and only after a couple of hours did the room reach an acceptable temperature. The furniture looked unattractive and neglected, the breakfast corner was poorly stocked, and the shared bathroom was even more sad and neglected. In short, a real disaster. At this price, you’d expect better; I’ve slept in better‑maintained places for 35/40/45 euros (see my other reviews).
