“Non professionnalisme, incompétence et mauvaise foi”
It’s impossible to say, I didn’t spend the night there. When I arrived at the bubble, to my surprise a family was already there. After trying to call the listed number 6‑7 times, a lady came to meet us. She said our reservation was noted for October, even though I had a booking confirmed for September. She told us her husband handled reservations and was messing up… Then she switched stories, saying the family in the bubble had the wrong date and we could take their slot. She didn’t offer to evict them. She also claimed she hadn’t checked who was entering the bubble and that anyone could access it because there’s no key… With the conflicting accounts we don’t know which is true. We demanded a refund, went through booking, and fortunately the customer service was competent because the lady offered no compensation. Avoid this place; the bubble seems cozy but the people running it are completely incompetent.

The host was friendly and the spot in the green, right next to the forest, made for a unique experience. The jacuzzi was fantastic, and we could cool the dome by cracking the door a bit at night. The room had all the basics—fridge, cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, shower, and a dry toilet—and breakfast was a handy extra.

Everything was perfect. Minor issue with the shower: low pressure and the showerhead doesn’t hold. The breakfast bread was overcooked and too hard. The shower and breakfast were the only negatives.
