The apartment sits right in the heart of the historic center. I think the listing should make it clear that the unit shares a common area with another room occupied by different guests. If we wanted to use the kitchen, there was a chance the others could use it at the same time, and that’s not something I feel should be omitted. Also, our room on the upper floor didn’t have a private bathroom, only a view‑through toilet. It can work for one night if you’re comfortable sharing a room, but for longer stays it’s definitely not acceptable. I would have liked that detail to be specified.
