I adored the ambience and historic charm of this hotel, and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made me extend my stay from 4 to 12 nights because it felt like home. The restaurant food was exceptionally good and unique, and the cocktails were great too. Huge thanks to Benita and the whole team for a memorable, enjoyable stay.

“Characterful, relaxing, lovely staff and authentic.”

The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the staff—especially Shane and Asher—were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent, and the room with a garden view was lovely. The renovations were impressive while still preserving the Portuguese character. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Maison et parc extraordinaires, très belle rénovation conservent l’âme du lieu. L’entretien de la piscine et des abords de la piscine doit être amélioré.

The building is absolutely stunning, filled with antique furniture. The grounds and pool are incredible, and the restaurant and bar are lovely.

This place felt like paradise—very quiet and well maintained. The restaurant was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff. The food was amazing, with excellent menu choices that were always cooked to perfection. It’s one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten in, and the meal prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant, and if I ever visit South Goa again, I would definitely stay here.
