The cleanliness, the staff, and the facilities were all very good.

The staff’s friendliness and willingness to help were undoubtedly the hotel’s biggest strength, and the room was generally of good quality, especially considering the price‑performance ratio; the site is also convenient, being close to public transport that easily connects to main attractions like Bukit Bintang and the Petronas Towers. However, the bathroom was fairly basic and could use an upgrade, and the soundproofing left something to be desired, particularly in windowed rooms that got quite noisy in the evenings.

The hotel is a busy one in a busy part of town. We arrived lateish. We were dealt with very quickly and shown to our room quickly. Checkout was late and you could have longer stays (or early check-ins) for 10RM an hour. Be clear that this is a budget hotel and that the pictures of the rooms may look rather prettier than they actually are. But it is clean and professionally run. For example, our family room was meant to have 2 queen beds but it actually had an extra single as well - though this meant there was hardly any floor space or anywhere to sit (except on the beds). But previous experience had taught me to expect things like this. The staff should stop asking guests to leave 10-star reviews. This simply annoys guests. I left this review because I wanted to, not because I was asked to. The bathroom in the family room (a room designed to sleep 5 people) was very small and the shower filled its floor with water as there was no shower cubicle. This is typically Malaysian, however. On the whole, these are small matters. If you want a budget hotel for a night, this one is well placed

Easy access to public transport, plenty of eateries nearby, friendly and helpful staff, a Coway water machine on every level, and the price is affordable. The playground looks poorly maintained and dirty; I hope they can improve that.
