The room was freshly renovated, the staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet looked great, and the pool was nice and family‑friendly. The only downside was the lack of air‑conditioning – it got pretty hot during the first week of August.

The location was good for a layover night, and we’ve stayed here several times, but unfortunately the kitchen and restaurant quality have dropped, so we won’t return. The evening menu was no longer what it used to be, with a very limited selection.
