Waking up in the morning and seeing the views from the tenth floor was great. The area has a convenience store 100 m away, a 24‑hour supermarket 150 m away, the metro 2 min away, and the JR stop 15 min away; in 15 min by metro you’re in downtown Fukuoka. The staff were excellent, even picking up a package for me. I’d give it a 10 in every aspect. The only drawback is that it’s next to a fairly noisy road with a lot of traffic, but the soundproofing is really good; you only hear the traffic if you open the balcony, otherwise you don’t notice it. It’s really fine.

The place is well situated close to the train station, and the décor stays true to its style; the rooms are clean. However, the windows are poorly sealed against noise, so even with the windows shut you could hear traffic and freight trains clearly.

The hotel is close to Nishi‑Tetsu‑Nishima Station and the bus stop, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The only downside was that the rate had increased compared to a previous stay because I booked late.
