“快適でした”

I was pleased to find a shopping mall close by, making the location convenient. The staff were friendly, and the bed felt like a capsule hotel, so the surrounding area didn't bother me. They cleaned frequently, keeping everything spotless. The only inconvenience was that the bed only had one USB outlet; the standard sockets were outside the bed and shared among everyone, so they were often occupied. Also, while the shower booth was private, the changing area was shared between two booths, so you might run into someone.

The rooms were clean and the location was good. Staff, especially Din, were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that finding a power source was a bit tricky; there was only one USB in the capsule, and to use a regular plug you had to request a long cord extender to charge inside your capsule.

I liked this hostel; everything went smoothly. The admins were friendly, especially Din. When booking I forgot to mention early check‑in and late check‑out, but the administrator accommodated me without problems for an extra fee. All was great, and I’ll tell my friends in Aktau about your hostel.

“Комфортное жильё за приемлемую цену”

Удобное расположение, рядом торговый центр, большой парк, при этом достаточно спокойно и тихо, недалеко автобусная остановка, легко добраться до бульвара Нуржол. Приветливый и заботливый персонал, круглосуточная стойка регистрации, достаточно чисто и комфортно. Поэтому повторно выбрали этот хостел для размещения. Единственное, что вызвало небольшой дискомфорт - из окна номера слышен звук кондиционера, расположенного снаружи, и иногда под окном курили
