“Adequate and def a good option if u want a kitchen”

Central location, a kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, and microwave, plenty of room for two or even three people; however, a bad smell lingered in the lobby, the front desk lady was good but the guy was only okay, and there was no housekeeping.

“Great location and value.”

The location was excellent, the staff friendly, and the room really nice, but street noise and a loud heat/ac unit in the room were annoying; the hotel kindly supplied ear plugs, a sound machine and a sleep mask, which was a thoughtful touch.

Great location to access Washington’s major sites from. Comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities and washing machine. Very neat, clean and secure. Good bathroom. Great Staff. Beautiful building. As usual, the decorator has gone for style over function. The bedrooms are small, and so there is not much room between the bed and the wall when exiting and entering the room. The bedroom lights are so faint that the only book you will be reading by them will need to be written in braille. There is no room to spread out suitcases. We had two large bags with us and had them in the middle of the kitchen and lounge room floors as there was nowhere else to put them. The bathroom is nice, but lacks hanging space for towels, etc

“Very nice, convinient and super value for money.”

Super convenient and done in modern and tasteful style. Had everything you would need on a very good AirBnb plus the convenience of a hotel with gym and meeting spaces. The fragrance they use in the lobby is cheap and make the lobby smell like cleaned with toilet cleaner. This has to be changed
