Nothing good. The standard rooms were too small, and the reception offered very little or no information. During my stay there was a complete blackout of the electricity supply throughout the hotel for over 20 hours, including an entire night. The crisis and emergency management that every hotel is required to have did not happen! Moreover, the 1000 Bt I had to deposit upon arrival was not refunded at checkout because a glass in my room was broken. I have never experienced anything like that.

The hotel is beautiful and new, with an amazing swimming pool and great staff. The location was right in the heart of everything Pattaya has to offer, which felt a bit too much for us.

I have stayed there three times already and will choose this hotel again when I return to Pattaya. The location is perfect, the hotel is really great, and the prices are fair.

Central location, excellent and plentiful breakfast. The rooms were relatively small, so I put a chair on the balcony. What was especially annoying was a nearly 24‑hour total power outage caused by the explosion of an external transformer. No phone charging, no elevator, no air‑conditioning, no emergency lighting in the room or stairwell. Flashlights were not provided. For me this was a clear failure of the hotel management in an emergency situation, though I don’t want to overrate it because the whole region was affected by flooding.
