Nothing. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t confirm our booking even though we booked through an app and arrived 30 minutes early; he told us to cancel because the app’s commission policy was being rude, so the booking wasn’t made and we had to find another hotel.

I had a terrible stay at this OYO hotel: the rooms were filthy, the staff were unhelpful and always said "NO" to my requests, and I ended up wasting my entire day. I demanded a full refund, but they refused.

The only thing decent about this place was its location. The rooms were dirty, the hot water was unreliable, the AC remote and TV remote were broken, and the sliding window didn’t work. The bedsheet felt unclean and the room looked nothing like the photos, so I would not recommend booking here.
