I was happy to find the hotel close to the city center, with plenty of food options and easy transport. The staff were friendly, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the neck of the bed was a bit bent.

The place sits in a prime spot, right next to a large shopping center, a 7‑e store, the bus station, Central Hat Yai, and the ASEAN night market—all within walking distance.

The location is great, just steps from eateries, the night market, Hatyai bus terminal, mini markets, convenience stores, a major mall, and Lotus's hypermarket. However, every floor should have a hot and cold water dispenser; having it only on the ground floor makes it hard and risky to carry a paper cup of hot water up.

It’s quiet, away from the busy Lee Garden area but still reachable by Tuk Tuk. Walking to the ASEAN Night Bazaar and Hatyai Central Festival takes about 10 minutes, and the place is very clean. The downside is that the toilet drain keeps clogging.
