The beds were completely uncomfortable, with cheap pillows and mattresses.

After booking, I was told the rooms were fully booked and turned away; if I was charged, I will dispute. I will never use Booking again.

The spot’s spot on, but it gets pretty noisy.

The place is fine most of the time, but the all‑night traffic is a pain. The girl at the front desk seemed clueless, insisting on a fee for my service dog and claiming “anything with hair” (which isn’t legal in VA). I had no choice because they’d charge for the room if I left, and I’d have nowhere to stay. The toilet ran nonstop, the thermostat was useless so the room got swelteringly hot, there was no breakfast even though it was advertised as free, I couldn’t sleep, and I left around 5:00 am with no coffee left.
