I stayed at this guesthouse and was very disappointed. The owner never answered our calls or direct messages, even after sending several photos and asking to change rooms. I noticed tiny particles in the bed each morning, as if insects had been there. We found that he did respond to requests, but only negatively and never helped us or resolved the problem.

The location is great, the place is super clean and beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative.

I booked at a lower price, but the bed felt hard and the electricity cut out during the night, and nobody answered when I called for help.

The room was big, with a water dispenser next to it for hot and cold water, free tea and coffee, and decent internet; a shop and several tasty cafés were within walking distance. The main issue was noise: the hotel sits at a busy intersection and the owners did nothing to reduce street sound, the sliding doors jam when opened, leave a 3 cm gap when closed, and a vent grille lets the street noise in; the bathroom door also stays open with four ventilation holes that let the noise through, making it hard to sleep without earplugs—felt like the bed was on the intersection. Otherwise, the hotel was normal for its price. The sink in my room barely worked, the stream barely flowed.
