The staff are friendly and respond to requests. The long‑time staff are exceptionally kind. Compared to 2023, the breakfast and salad buffet had shrunk considerably, and the attention to detail seemed missing; the dinner was good.

The ski location is magnificent and the rooms are fabulous. The pub area needs a bit of renovation.

The hotel is lovely, the service is great, the food is good, the rooms are comfortable, and it couldn’t be more convenient for the slopes. The altitude and location made it a perfect pick for a spring ski trip.

An authentic family hotel with a great view and nice facilities. The restaurant could have a cozier atmosphere and more variety in the buffet, and free coffee during the day would be nice.
