What a gem of a family‑run hotel—best hospitality ever. They even shifted breakfast for us because we had to leave at 6/6:30 am every morning. If you want great Italian hospitality and the best home‑cooked Italian food, this is the place. They did everything for us, even celebrated a colleague’s birthday during our stay. Just fantastic people.

The camera was very clean and tidy. The shower had issues with both the showerhead and the door, the phone was unusable, it didn’t heat anything, and it was very small—unfit for people with long hair.

The staff were kind, the room was cozy with everything we needed, the buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, the overall kitchen quality was excellent, and the parking was spacious. Nothing stood out as a problem, except that the location wasn’t the most convenient for us heading to the Mugello circuit, but that was already clear when we booked.
